At Daisies and Daydreams it’s our aim to offer you the best shipping options, at the most affordable prices, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer process the orders, which takes an additional 2–6 business days before shipment.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. In all cases, we will always choose the fastest shipping method available to us. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 15 to 45 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time – depending on what you purchased and where you live. Please allow up to 60 business days to receive your item – if it has still not arrived you can email us at email@example.com
COVID 19 UPDATE :
Due to the current worldwide situation, the times specified above are an estimated shipping time and not a guarantee. As worldwide operations are slowly starting to recover, there may still be some unexpected delays that will slow down the delivery process. This can refer to delays with postal systems, courier services, flights & shipping processes etc. This is highly dependent on what country you are from, the countries Covid customs regulations and how their operations are recovering. We hope you understand that this is beyond our control!
Do you ship worldwide ?
Yes 🙂 We ship internationally, but currently only to select countries. We ship to The United Kingdom, all European countries, The United States, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Israel, Costa Rica, Mexico, Brazil & Chile.
How much is shipping ?
We have a flat rate shipping fee of £7 to all countries due to the distance from where we post from. However, we offer free shipping for all orders over £50
Only one of my packages came, where are my other items ?
Please do not worry. We ship from different partnered factories located worldwide. So please expect some items to be shipped separately as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.
How do I track my order ?
You can find the tracking number for your package in the order email that was sent to you 3-7 business days after ordering your items. Each individual item will have its own tracking number. You can use the tracking number and check the status of your item here: http://parcelsapp.com/en
My order has not arrived yet ?
While some items can arrive early, some items may experience shipping delays. Please don’t worry, we are here to help and promise to be with you every step of the way until your package arrives! If your full order does not arrive within 60 business days, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
*Note that if it’s been more than 60 days and you have not contacted us, we will assume you have received your full order. After 60 business days have passed, we can no longer take responsibility for your order as this is now outside our timeframe to locate the package. Please contact us within 60 days of placing your order.
What if I want to cancel my order ?
Order cancellations will only be accepted before your order has been shipped by the manufacturer. We cannot refund your order if the item has already been shipped. If you’d like to cancel your order, please email us immediately. If you have entered the wrong shipping address, you will need to contact us within 24 hours of placing you order, as no changes can be made to the shipping details after the item has been shipped.
What if I ordered the wrong size ?
All our clothing items on our website have size charts. Please compare these charts to a piece of clothing you already own in order to get accurate sizing. If you ordered the wrong size, unfortunately we cannot refund you. However, if you think the item you ordered has inaccurate sizing based on our size charts, please send us photos of the item with measurements (ruler or tape measure ) to email@example.com. We can then offer to ship you a bigger size item at no additional cost or refund you.
In what case can I get a refund ?
If your item arrived damaged or there was damage caused while shipping , please take clear pictures of the damaged items and email them to firstname.lastname@example.org . In this case we will review the damage and you can choose to have a new item resend to you at no additional charge, or we can offer you a refund back to your original payment method.
We cannot offer refunds unless their is clear damage.
We cannot offer refunds if you simply don’t like the products. All products on our website have accurate product descriptions and product pictures that accurately show what product you will receive.
In the case of a refund where the product needs to be returned – you will be responsible for paying the return shipping fee of the item.
